I don't the other parties should agreed to this proposal. Who keeps the election material from that time until voting commences? At a time we cannot trust the electoral officers to be unbias.

Krowor Constituency is not so vast like others. If parties converge at the Police Armoury as early as 0500hrs, where most materials have been kept, all polling stations can receive their materials before 0700hrs. Let's not be deceived by these dishonest souls please
