  Hmmm, Nipa Bibinii, the moment people get promoted to an office we congratulate and celebrate. Then we forget the purpose for which they were sent to that office and judge them as such. The NPP we have kicked out were celebrated like this about 8years ago and this is how far they've brought us. Let us learn to hold people up to the task for which they are chosen rather than just celebrating them for the mere fact that they have assumed the office. Let's congratulate and celebrate them at the end of their tenure. This is where the nepotism and corruption starts. Face looking!
