  The President allowed lobbyists to outwit him in some of his appointments. The IGP was underground working for the NDC to come to power but the President ignored the warning signs. As for the National Security Minister, he went to sleep on the job for eight years. The President also ignored Party Chairman and relied on Paramount chiefs for advice when it comes to appointing Regional Ministers and M/DCEs.

  There is nothing wrong putting tax on betting, in some western countries the taxes are very high. Tobacco products and lottery wins are always taxed heavily to discourage people. So I don’t get A-plus on this betting issue
