    Kwaku, you can do re-counting only at only at constituecy collation center in presence of parties involved and the Presiding Officer. After this is done, any party can go to High Court. But what Jean Mensah, Bossman and Tette ...

    From 1992 to date there never been a recolation of after the EC officials have declared the results.There can only be a recound before the declarations. Only a High Court can order the recolation not a one Tetteh.
