It is like this: you own a company and YOU have given the manager the power to run the company in a CERTAIN way prescribed in a document you have given the said manager. You come back later to find the manager who works for you going against your instructions. (you see the people of Ghana have instructed the EC to operate the elections in a certain way contained in an legal document, but now the EC is going against what the people of Ghana has prescribed.) People must begin to understand that when the EC go against the laws backing the 2024, they are defying you the Ghanaian - in whom the sovereignty rests.

I remembered Justice Atuguba( Rtd) supreme court judge and former CJ Anim Yeboah both ruling about elections in Ghana when NPP and NDC took to matter to the Supreme Court in 2012 and 2020 respectively. Both of them say that elections are won at the polling station. He or She is the sole returning officer for only Presidential results. So how come she is saying that she wants a recount of the Parliamentary results in some 9 constituencies?
