It does not sound well to cancel international passport and driver's license as identification. Which in Uk, Europe and USA these are government acceptable id for identification

Whoever you appoint (delegate your authority to) will either bring you praises or condemnations. The cogent reason you must exercise due care in your appointments.
Ghana is shedding abundant tears because of the indiscriminate stealing of her resources by the latter-day politicians.
Appoint people who are honest, intelligent, have integrity, high moral turpitude, empathetic, selfless and wise.
They must put Ghana first over self-interest.
