People should give Mahama chance to appoint his ministers with the consultation of the council of elders. The only advice is for Mahama to appoint ministers with backgrounds in the ministries that they are responsible for. The ministry of Health must have a medical doctor as the head. The ministry of education must have an educator as the head . Ghana must stop putting round pegs in square holes . We need to change that mentality. How do you appoint someone to head a ministry that he has no clue about how it works . No minister must come and learn how his department works. Ghana needs experience personnel in these ministries.

I beg to differ . You cannot compare the Nkrumah government the recent administrations . A government appointed minister should have some ideas about what his ministers entails. That is the reason why Ghana is playing ping-pong with their educational system, that is why our health system is what it is today . A medical doctor as a minister of health will know the projection in which his ministry must go . Ghana must change the notion that this is how things are done in the country and must learn to adopt new ideas . They are quick to tell those from the diaspora that this is how we do it here and no not bring your foreign idea here

You can not work in any capacity simply that you do not know what you are doing in politics . The main reason why JM stated that he finds it difficult selecting his executives. You are those who have join typically of GES to make managerial errors that have taken many teachers the cost to fine resolution in court. You have your field of study which prescribes your job area well stated on your academic certificate but have chosen to remain a cause of problem to the progress and development of management of an office as we stand to build stronger institutions ,and a cost burden to government of Ghana. Your incapability to identify this as a challenge and a mistake render you unfit for any gov. assignment,i say for sure and not as a curse.
