  The Judge has wasted everyone time with his rulling. He must not take salary for this month. The issue at stake can only be solve with an election petition because there issues of allegations and in some cases the parties don't have pink sheets. Some of the pink sheets were procure through fraudulence means. This case goes beyond mandamus application . The judge has wasted our time for nothing.

  If the NDC is sure they won those constituencies then they shouldn't be worried about recollation. This is because the recollation will arrive at the same results. However, we can't allow them to use a few polling stations to declare the winner of a constituency election. Otherwise, one day someone will use the results of 2 polling stations to declare the winner of a constituency that has more than 100 polling stations

  Please check the High court ruling statement again. The judge didn't use the word "re-collate" but rather to collate. Meaning EC didn't finish its work.
