A speaker of Parliament who cannot pronounce Los Angeles at the inauguration ceremony. Look at the chair of the Speaker. The blue paint is fading away and no one thought of repairing the chair before taking it to the swearing in ceremony. As usual Bagbin cannot maintain order when the guests were asked to come and congratulate the President. There were guests who stood there for far too long chatting with the President and Bagbin sat there and did nothing to ensure that the queue moves faster. His lay back attitude (and inability to maintain law and order in the chamber) was exposed again for the World to see. What are his qualifications because the guy cannot even read with confidence. Are these the people who can transform our country and lift us out of poverty? The answer my friend is blowing in the wind.

@George. Yes I also noticed that he was struggling to pronounce Los Angeles when introducing the mayor of Los Angeles. When I saw that I asked myself how come that our Speaker of Parliament cannot pronounce Los Angeles.

Is it against protocol for a Speaker of Parliament to stand up and greet a visiting Head of State? Mahama stood up to greet his peers but not Bagbin. Is it arrogance or what? Bagbin appeared very uncultured.
