The beautiful scenes are still there as MMDCEs go home after one day of swearing in of president elect,JM. And still waiting for the other gov. departments to receive the same treatment as a newly elected gov. becomes committed towards improving the socio-economic development of the country. It is no surprising that the NDC party led by JM won the general election after the country had witnessed many discomfort situations of managerial disorderliness that has taken gov.workers of different departments to court for a resolution since the top management could not meet the understanding and requisite knowledge to bring their expectees to bare to the common understand of the job ethics and rules.
