Captain Ibrahim was at odds with the previous government because he has publicly said that ECOWAS is useless so his country is no longer part of it. Ghana's former president was part of the leadership team at the time. He never visited Ghana but now he sees a new opportunity to align with the new government. It is a disgrace to Ghana since he had to open carry a fire arm and his armed soldiers had to surround the host president. He could have concealed it in his appendix i.e. appendix carry. A foreign president surrounding a host president with armed uniform men shows a great deal of mistrust and I have never seen anything like it before. It wasn't orderly at all. It could've been done differently.
