His working at Communication and Labour has prepared him for handling the largest workforce on government pay roles. Additionally, that Ministry has the largest number of departments and labour unions of this Country and his labour negotiations skills will be handy to both sides of negotiations.

He successfully headed 3 prominent and difficult ministries as the substantive minister for eight years, i.e Communications, Trade & Industry and Labour &Employment Ministries.
