  What a teethfully smiling laughing regional minister. I hope he will not maintain zoo that osei Mensah has turned the residency to. He is keeping various snakes tha feed on chicken and goats daily overthere making the place a no go area for humans.
  My advice is for him to renovate the place and use it for the intended purpose rather than a zoo.
