Come to think about this: the High Court judge placed an injunction on the eligibility of Ernest Kumi as an NPP, and that he has to appear in court over the pending litigation. He refused to honor the court invitation. Then the NPP wrote a letter to the judge explaining that fugitive Kumi could not appear in court because he was busy with parliamentary duties. Very funny admission of both culpability and stupidity.

It was Afenyo-Markin who urged Ernest Kumi to defy the court and get registered as a member of Parliament and thereafter take responsibility for his actions. What is he saying now?
