It also means that you had nobody in mind to man or operate those machines, when you bought them, except that private individual. He is a lucky guy.

Anyway, how many machines did you buy and how much did they cost you? Which of regions did you send them to, and in whose care did you leave them? Did you include this initiative and the machines bought in your Handing Over Notes?

For your information, the MPs common fund does not belong to MPs. It forms part of the public funds in the custody of the executive. The executive has the sole authority to initiate/commit public funds, with, of course, the approval of parliament. MPs, especially at the committees, sometimes make inputs and suggestions into government’s plans and budgets, does that mean they own those plans? What about the public/civil servants who most often initiate and also implement those plans and budgets. Do they also own them?
