To remind you, Napo the designer nose man was in charge of ECG. When people asked for a power shedding timetable, he was stupid enough to ask them to draw their own timetable.

That alone should confirm that Akuffo-Addo brought back dumsor because when they came to power in 2017 there was no dumsor.
