  My beloved ‘insulters’, do you know what both the Finance Minister and Dr Ayew Afriyie are talking about? This is a technical as well as statutory matter and all you do is to insult when you don’t even know what is being discussed.The NHIA account is at BOG and is credited directly with a percentage of VAT collected by GRA,the arrangement cannot be changed without Parliamentary approval so the Minister was clearly lying as a preparation to divert funds from the account which if not stopped will certainly collapse the NHIA as they did the last time they were in power.
