Well there's something unique about this budget. Obviously the government is going to starve most state institutions. I heard the minister talk about tax compliance awareness creation. Some NCCE guys were at my church 3 weeks ago to talk about citizens role in national development including honouring tax obligation. Government should should them to educate on that throughout the four years of Mahama rule with much emphasis on property tax.
It's part of civic education so get them to work like the covid era. They should also be made to educate the people to patronise made in Ghana. They already have vans with loud speakers that can be used at public places to boost awareness aside visit to churches. We are not using these state institutions well.
