  When a person refuses court order that has been served on him by a bailiff, the court will instruct the police to arrest the person and bring him to court.
  So what is Afenyo-Markin saying?
  If a person is not granted bail by a court its the police, therefore national security that sends the person to prison and not the bailiff.
