  Please go and read article 146 of the constitution. The president is NOT required to give the Chief Justice a copy of the petition !.
  
  It is after the consultation with the council of state and the setting up of the committee prescribed by the constitution that the CJ is entitled to a hearing. Surely, at that time, natural Justice demands that the CJ gets copies of the petition.
  
  Please read the constitution before making unnecessary noises.

  It is not true that the CJ should receive a copy or copies of petitions that seek(s) to remove her from office. Let the Radio station tell Ghanaians which part of Article 146 of the 1992 Constitution Obligates the President to give copies or copy of the petitions to the CJ. The CJ receives a copy of a petition that seeks to remove a Justice of the Supreme Court other than the CJ, under Article 146(3) of the Constitution.
