This Chief Justice was only sacked. Imagine he had ruled in a case in favour of Dr Nkrumah when the terrorists were in charge after Nkrumah's overthrow, what do you think would have happened to him? Or imagine Sir Arku Korsah did this in the era of JJ Rawlings? Dr Nkrumah was the only leader who sacked or imprisoned his opponents for their treasonous actions, every other leader that came after Nkrumah was not that lenient. We were lied to in the past, but we know the truth now.

This was the Chief Justice who advocated that birth certificate doesn't confer citizenship on anyone who has no passport. This is the CJ who has refused to table the e-levy petition since 2022...?
And you say she deserves to be in office. Ghana deserves better than Gertrude Torkonoo; she's shown to be biased towards the NDC and we're glad she's going home. Let her contest for the NPP Women's organiser position with Jean Mensa as her deputy. Gertrude Torkonoo is bad influence on our Judiciary. Arku Korsah was also biased bcz if Nkrumah had been killed in that assassination attempt what would he have said? They were all part of the scheme; Sir Arku Korsah didn't like Nkrumah. Remember in those days all the so-called learnt people were part of the NLM or the UP group so don't bee surprised Arku Korsah was one of them. Nkrumah was right removing him from office.
What we're suffering today has been caused by the likes of Sir Arku Korsah who were prouder of their academic qualifications than serving the new Nations interest. They were baised against the CPP government. Gertrude must go simple.
