What made you come up with such a dumb idea or proposal? If you intend to fight corruption, you should propose feasible and achievable ideas. I think a bill that would demand government ministers, heads of government departments, state boards and corporations, and their deputies be required to declare and document their assets to the government before assuming office would be in the right direction and is an antidote to corruption.
