Judicial independence means giving fair judgment without being partisan. The chief justice and the SC has have been partisan to the NPP with most of the rulings in favor of the party . That is not independence. Law is suppose ...

Judicial independence means giving fair judgment without being partisan. The chief justice and the SC has have been partisan to the NPP with most of the rulings in favor of the party . That is not independence. Law is supposed to be blind but when the law decides when to be blind and when to see then the judiciary is compromised.
