  Uncle Kwesi are pretending or you are dazed by the CAMOUFLAGE AND CONCEALMENT TACTICS of JD which learned from the USSR. You should have waited until after the expiry of the new deadline. If he really wanted sound minded Ghanaians to take him serious he should have fired those appointees who failed to comply with the first directive and deadline, rather than pretending to confiscate their EARNED SALARIES.
