The only thing Mahama has done in 120 days in office is buying sanitary pads for schoolgirls which is a discriminatory policy. If the past government was using taxpayers' money to educate Ghanaian school children, and Mahama, then in opposition saw that as a waste of money, what about the buying of sanitary pads, is that saving or profitable on the taxpayer?
