  Only president can quit her. Google who can appoint chief justice? Is king or queen but we don't have king in ghana. The alternative person is president decision. Asantehene and others are all head of regional chiefs.

  Given her performance, I doubt if she would be able to keep her job. Most Ghanaians want her to go anyway.

  Who will exonerate her? Mahama's partisan committee will be influenced with big cash to remove her. NDC members and sympathizers will choose their Party and money over national interest. The worst aspect of the case is that even murderers and armed robbers have the right to appeal but the constitution has not made that right available to the CJ.
