Then let me ask what did Bright Simons say about Mahama's $1.2Billion bill for the Mobile Communication Interoperability contract which Mahamadu Bawumia cancelled and did the same thing for $5Million? The same system being hailed as the best system in Africa? A partisan Think Tank is just an empty Polytank.
