Especially when it's clear you consider yourself above the law and must not be seen to be subject to the unambiguous procedural dictates of the constitution in the matter under consideration. That in itself exposes you as unprincipled and unfit to be CJ. especially so when you have used and abused every avenue available to you to twist the arm of the Constitution both now and prior to suit your whims and entitled ends to the grand detriment of the larger collective called Ghana. Your the quintessential specimen of what a progressive nation must vehemently repudiate in its March toward universal justice and law and orderliness.
