I taught the appreciated President Mahama, after going to opposition has learnt his lessons well..But it appears no. So for me every 45litrs l buy at the pump l pay extra 45cedis.
So if l use 90litres in a month then l have to pay an extra 90cedis . Is this the promise JM gave us?
