  In the 60s my Dad's and a friend who had a scholarship to study German language, for 2 years my dad's returned and his friend never returned to continue his job and the purpose of awarded the government scholarship, so this mindset of the African didn't start today, so for me there is not need for government scholarship out of Ghana, absolutely nonsense to award educational scholarship that 98% doesn't returned to serve their home country. I have known just a few who return and open a health facilities to serve their community, others became international gospel evangelist, we have seen Adwa Safoa of Christo Asafo church daughter taking scholarship to travel to the US just to stay with his kids with the pretence of his kids will be taking away by the US government, this is the woman in charge of ministry responsible for children and women's protection, for the whole country and a cabinet minister for that matter, yet 87% of Ghanaians couldn't questions about her responsibility only the Akuffo Addo government is interested of her presence to vote for E-levy. This a wonderful Ghana some believe NPP should be the leaders of Mother Ghana. No wonder they are now requesting to have state of Arts Hospital build for them (the Elites Hospitals) while those who voted for them should seek health facilities at non exiting beds and regular deplorable health facilities.

  Even when they were ruling us with AK 47 & Machine guns P/NDC officials had the moral courage to send only their kids & family members. This guy is only pretending, he will repeat what his predecessors did.NDC for you
