One thing you fervently pray for is that no one dies in the John Mahama instigated arrests of political opponents currently going on by this administration. In a reaction to another story on GhanaWeb, I resisted the desire to say that the President had expressed himself better on several issues across the socio-economic terrain than many of his own ministers who do not seem to be sufficiently heard or/and understood on simple matters of their single Ministries, adepts and Agencies. Now that Joyce Mogtari has opened the floodgates, I will support her. I think the Chief of Staff should begin cracking the whip on all public appointees. The amount of work left behind by the previous inept and corrupt govt, cannot be effectively managed by this kind of drudgery and slo' mo' posture of govt to redeem this country. Felix Kwakye who is quite adept at his job, should also stimulate other appointees who may not know the the ropes, to more regularly inform the public on what is going on in their Ministries, Depts and Agencies. If the President with all the load on his head, can better and more often explain what needs to be done or is going on in particular Ministries etc, then, the appointed heads should kindly step aside and let the ball roll.
