Now the NDC that knew how to do it which why they were telling npp to do it are now in power, and the galamsey situation is getting worse! Why wouldn't any sensible person who heard the declaration of the state of emergency as the best solution when they NDC were in opposition ask them to immediately declare a state of emergency as they requested?
