This 4million barrier is an imposition for Bawumia to win. If not theivery his savings throughout his political career will not reach this amount. Prof Azar thank you. With my 4ghs I can equally contest.

If that were not the case, 4 million Ghanaians will declare themselves candidates for presidential elections.
