  They were completed on paper but not on the ground. Find out how many Textbooks supplied since the introduction of both Standard Based Curriculum and Common Core Programme. Under your tenure and his tenure, the paltry of ten Cedis per student per annum Capitation Grant was in arrears at some point in time 9 tranches ( 9 terms or 3 years).
