This is a clear case of the NDC wanting to use foul means to win a seat that the NDC candidate lost by about 3,000 votes. How can a judge order total rerun when the original suit was on 41 out of 152 polling stations? Hopefully, the Apex Court will set aside the ruling and if anything at all request the rerun of the 41 polling stations only.

This motion is unripe , the court in its wisdom gave the EC within 30 days because it knows you can’t just get up and conduct an election .. you need resources to do that . Let us relax and stop all these unnecessary things . NDC will not be in power forever and this “ removal songs “ you are chanting will definetely be used against you some time to come . Of course , that is the part we have chosen for ourselves and it will definetely continue . It did not start today but it can end today , when we all decide to put a stop to this tit for tat governance .
