I don’t understand why our institutional heads sometimes get themselves involved in NPP/ NDC politics. Jean Mensa, EC was the second defendant in Tamale High Court and EC received the decision of the court. EC has been served with 30 days notice of re- run and The Clerk of Parliament too has given you notice of vacancy of Kpandai seat. But you are waiting for NPP/ NDC politics before you act . Just follow the legal rules and be safe. Till another court says otherwise, you follow what the current ruling says. NPP knows what they have filed in courts will not succeed but just delay tactics. First , High courts do not injunct their other High court decisions lightly and two, at the Supreme Court case, MPs were sweared in by the January 6th published gazette not the Errors 24th December. The only valid filed is the Appeal Court which will not rule on it for some months. The victory for Appeal court will be personal victory as the seat is already declared vacant.

And how can you conduct a national election and refuse to step in the witness box at the Supreme Court to defend the results that you yourself have announced?? It is only a Ganyobi julor ashawo who can do that to please Akuffo Addo. Adukwei Ashawo has certainly disgraced the firm and honest Ga people, most especially, his father Mr Blukwu.
