Any judge that overturns an election results is a useless judge. Elections are won at the polling stations and once gazatted has ended. Nothing anyone whether NPP or NDC can do about it.

But was this case filed by the NDC candidate? The headline is misleading.
The petition was filled 21 days after Ec gazetted the results.
Meaning the case has travelled for almost 10 months
Frank Asiedu Bekoe won the seat with 16,855 votes, ahead of NDC’s Prince Kwadwo Addo Tabiri, who polled 15,259 votes, while Asante, who contested as an independent candidate, secured 14,860 votes.
