2. Their electoral thief Jean Adukwei Mensah will soon go
3. Their rigging machine in the Ashanti region is uncovered and will be well monitored and checked, as happened in 2024
4. Their massive corruption at all institutions
5. Their run-away Minister of Finance Ken Ofori Atta, the only Ghanaian finance minister in history to have STOLEN much and RAN AWAY

After the bill has been read the first time in Parliament it shall not be proceeded with further unless it has been submitted to a referendum held throughout Ghana and at least forty percent of the persons entitled to vote, voted at the referendum and at least seventy-five percent of the persons who voted cast their votes in favour of the passing of the bill into law.

Snr I don't know your background and this write up is not to insult your intelligence either.
But don't be too over joyous on the report amending an entrenched articles see Article 289 is not a walk in the park it's not.
The current composition of Parliament dies not abd can not give NDC or NPP the edge to act on entrenced position of Parliament it's not going to be easy (read what I sent) that is the reality
There will be election on this and in the Parliament house the NDC Will need 203 members thus 75% of the 276 members to carry this through be guided
