  "Tonto", sounds like some material for making making baskets for its empty and light weight sake. The man is empty. I thought he was going say emphatically that the government was over spending. JDM is running a leaner government, does not travel with a chair, used his brother's plane and car at no cost to the state instead of renting a jet and travels with fewer cars in a his convoy. So what is "Tonto" talking about?
