If he is really serious, he should have taken this action perhaps his action may have prevented Baba Jamal and the team from misbehaving. Once he remained silent on that of NPP it is very difficult to assess his actual position on the subject matter.

This suit will definately fail. The issue is bout one political party and their position on is concluded. Even if a Political party decides to upstain will not affect the other parties involving.
