In the SONA, what did Mahama say to convince any sensible Ghanaian that he is up to the job or, any of his ministers are up to the job?

Since they came into office, 18 tons of gold have gone missing which according to them, have been sold with a loss of $214 million and you are telling me we have a government in Ghana? Since March 6th, 1957, when was the last time our hardworking farmers embarked on demonstration other than under "Hopeful Mahama" and its meaning?

John Mahama is there to represent something other than a government that cares for the wellbeing of Ghanaians.

Let us stop by-heart talk without objective analysis. Intellectuals should cite examples, when a major or minor reshuffle turned around the economy and solved any of the age-old problems in health, education, trade, justice, environment, sanitation, security, communication, etc. The only difference is often political optics and progress marginal. Continuity, stability and demand in measurable progress is systemic change supported with effective targeting and optimal funding are much more necessary than mere political musical chairs, unless we make a decisive paradigm shift from partisan loyalty to deploy expert technocratic leadership for every sector as in the Singapore model. With our vicious partisan political system that is near impossible.
