Give a commission officer ghc10 to procure military hardware or accoutrements and he and his clique will pocket ghc 9 and use ghc 1 to buy 3rd grade equipments for the army. For a President who albeit is justifiably calling for slavery and colonialism to be considered as the worst crimes against humanity at the UN whilst the Foreign Minister is trying to persuade the ongoing Commonwealth meeting to condemn the despicable murder of over 100 schoolgirls by an American missile strike in Iran, I think the President should be more wary about his movements even locally, much more, internationally.
