  As circus masters train elephant to perform tricks and reward the elephants with treats like food and toys, so it is that the top executive of the NPP have resigned themselves to train those at the foot soldier-level and at 2nd and 3rd rate levels to accept roles where they're fed table crumbs and react like brainless followers.
