Is it MTN that pass laws in this country? Has the Finance Minister brought any such tax bill to the House for approval? MTN decide to charge fees for a service to their customers, and the rejected, useless, message-free NPP decide to label it e-levy. So, why are the other telcos not asking their customers to make same payment. Or does this tax apply only to MTN customers?
