How can the party allow each regional executive member to make his/her own rules and regulations (including making of appointments)? It was absolutely wrong for the regional youth officer to single-handedly make appointments without any inputs from the other members of the regional executive committee. You cannot do anything in the blind side of the Regional Chairman.
