We don't seem to be maturing so certain decisions that have the tendency of taking the country to Election violence shd be avoided. I will even add the appointment of Chief Justice, IGP & CDS to it. Leaving such decisions to unintelligent Presidents like John Dramani Mahama can be a problem sometimes

I don't ever think that Bro John Mahama will for once think of, and suggest that innocent Ghanaians should be killed. He will also not want any part of the country to become involved in the murder and or the killing of any innocent Ghanaian in the country or anywhere in the World. He likes going to Church but according to what I understand, he is not that religious even though he goes to the Church very often. Killing and murder are not any of his vices. I very much understand that he is good at making Babies, many of who are Illegitimate. I guess he is just trying to outdo King Solomon of Biblical fame. Mahama will never want to kill any Ghanaian, not even if the one is charged with murder.
People on this forum can agree with me that Kutu Acheampong of blessed memory had some of the vices of Mahama, like having many women who were Illegitimate. He was never accused of rape. The women gave in to his sexual advances. Unfortunately he was Sentenced to Death and killed by Firing Squad at the Armed Forces Shooting Range at Teshie. Those who killed him for that, including Efo Julor John Rawlings and Boakye Djan as well as Tsatsu Tsikata who prosecuted him for Tribal Hatred were more guilty of the same thing. Efo Julor John Rawlings was believed of having Sexual Relationships with some Military Officers' wife and making Babies with some married women. It was widely rumored that he did that with the pretty TV Moslem Newscaster whose husband was a Military Officer. Those who doubt me should tell Ghanaians where the woman is and why she left GBC.
Boakye Djan was equally guilty. And the Chief Prosecutor of the Public Tribunals Tsatsu Tsikata can't be innocent of such sins. It very much hurts me that Kutu Acheampong who killed because he helped develop Ghana more than any of the Leaders of Ghana even though he came to rule Ghana at the time when the country was Bankrupt. May his Soul Rest in Peace.
No Leader of the country Ghana should be involved in making absolute decisions for the Chief Justice and the Judiciary of the country. It is not done in any Developed or Infant Democracy. They can't make any such useful decisions to help the country. A Parliamentary Body and the Traditional Authorities as well as the Religious Bodies should be charged with such responsibilities.

The circumstances surrounding the death of former president Mills is still being debated and Mahama is hell bent on unleashing some "Armageddon" type of punishment on Ghanaians thinking that he can flee and enjoy his loot.

Yes the prez in Ghana constitution has to much power and this could undermine the very thing we are fighting against. Some critical appointments should be left to the parliament to handle. When Nana was in power we saw the cracks and that can be very dangerous when it gets it to the wrong hands.
It is about time we scrap away this prez system and go for prime minister system selected by parliament (similar to the UK) where he becomes most just a ceremonial head and give most of the critical and long term planning and stearing in the hands of the parliament.
Should possible to remove any prime minister who doesn't comply to the agree standards. This will create a safer democracy for Ghana and speed up our development.
