Womtumi has two more potentially damaging court cases hanging on his neck that can give him 35 more years in custody. He will definitely flee from country if given bail.

  • COMMENT 3 days ago

Wontumi owes the Exim Bank. That is a civil case. Repayment plan for Bank loan involves no jail. Trating a bank loan as a criminal offence shows the NDC Attorney General has personal hatred for Wontumi. Even Ibrahim Mahama w ...

The EPA HAD NOT CAUSED THE ARREST AND IMPRISONMENT of those who are doing land reclamation and restoration of waterbodies WITHOUT EPA PERMIT. EPA issued a mere written warning!!!!!!!

Why would Wontumi flee from the country if granted bail? Is he going to jeopardize his/her bailor's property that would be used as surety? The fact of the matter is, Wontumi would not be incarcerated for life. NDC is setting ...
