What curses are you talking about? Though I’m not in favor of Bamba invoking ancestral gods, who to me don’t wield any powers. The best thing he was supposed to do was to set an example of these loose talking minions, by seeking a redress at the court of justice. Since anyone hasn’t been able to produce a police charge sheet or police record of his involvement in any theft to substantiate their claims, Bamba should’ve taken advantage and set just one example of out of these people— I mean it should have been a good way of making some cool GHC 100,000– 1,000,000 off of their stupid claims.

Anyone wanting to be a good leader or a great leader must know how to react to attacks from opponents, critics and enemies. Attacks of these kinds are inevitable and this is only the beginning Massa. As you climb up the leadership ladder these attacks will become more frequent and more hurtful. You need to remember this harsh truth. You have to develop the hide (skin) of a crocodile! You have to learn WHEN to respond and HOW to respond to attacks,insults and even falsehoods because many of these attacks are simply designed to provoke you into saying or doing something very stupid or unwise that will have very bad consequences for you. Invoking your ancestors and pronouncing curses on your enemies as you've just done puts you in a very poor light. It does not make you look like a serious leader that have the potential to be. Even if that is what you feel you don't have to blurt it out in such a public manner. In any case most of your enemies will not be intimidated by your threats. They are probably laughing at your utterances.
Note the following:

1.Those destined for greatness or excellence never react to every single provocation and they choose their fights very carefully.
2.Most great leaders ignore the majority of insults and provocations directed at them and if it is required for them to respond they usually take their time and choose their response (words) very carefully ( often after seeking the advice of seasoned, experienced,mature, and respected people). Patience is a virtue of great leaders.
3.Great leaders reserve their energy and time so that they can focus on fighting the battles that really matter. Wise leaders never allow themselves to be distracted by frivolous attacks because paying attention or reacting to many frivolous attacks often does more damage to a leader than the original provocation or insult fired at them.
Finally we all need to remember the wise, life-changing and divinely inspired words found in the Holy Scriptures which are of particular relevance to all those aspiring to be leaders:
