Secondly, if you are writing the letter as a Member of Parliament then you don't use party letterhead. Now you used party letterhead and signed it as Member of Parliament. Are respecting party or Parliament, yourself or the Omanhene? Don't you have a personal secretary at all? That is the duty of a secretary. If you don't respect secretaries, start from now. Many people think secretaries are not important in organizations and this is where your beliefs have brought you to.
