If this is what SC judges are to determine then anybody from the basic school upwards can serve at the SC. Even JJ Rawlings, the founder of the 4th republic did not seek a 3rd term how can anybody be scared that JM will seek it. The constitution did not mention 2 consecutive terms but 2 terms as the maximum number of terms a president can serve. It is therefore a stupid confusion not to have clarity that 2:terms means 2 terms.
